William Wolf Rye Whiskey (750ml)

Spiced apple pie and poached peach aromatics. The baking spices morph into a biting heat when you take a sip, but cooked apple notes persist and keep the fire at a simmer until it bursts into flames on the finish.This Dutch-made rye whiskey is brisk and oaky, accented with vanilla, pecan and dried apricot, finishing lightly sweet and gently spiced. Small batch.

PALATE: Lightly spiced with hints of vanilla, orange and tropical fruits
